About Us

Living and Legacy Business Solutions was founded by Donna Glass, JD, after years of practicing business law and personally navigating the complexities of long term family caregiving. That combination of legal experience and lived experience is at the foundation of what we do. 

How This Work Began 

Throughout years of legal practice, Donna saw the same pattern repeated. Capable, successful business owners usually had components of planning in place. Legal documents, financial strategies, employment agreements and insurance policies existed, but were rarely coordinated to fully protect the business in times of disruption or transition. When circumstances changed, those gaps often led to crises. Decisions that could have been made in advance became time-consuming, stressful and expensive. Too often they kept a business from thriving.

Personally managing the long term care of multiple family members with dementia, reinforced that coordinated planning protects people, not just assets. It provides options and preserves human dignity. It provides clarity and reduces family conflict. And coordinated planning can provide care for the people who matter most to you when life circumstances change.
