About Us

Living and Legacy Business Solutions was founded by Donna Glass, JD, after years of practicing business law and personally navigating the complexities of long term family caregiving. That combination of legal experience and lived experience shapes everything we do. 

How This Work Began 

Throughout years of legal practice, we saw the same pattern repeatedly. Capable, successful business owners and families had pieces of a plan in place. Legal documents, financial strategies, and insurance policies. But those pieces were rarely coordinated. When circumstances changed, the gaps became crises. Decisions that should have been simple became complicated, costly, and emotionally draining.

At the same time, the experience of personally managing long term care for multiple family members living with dementia made one thing clear: coordinated planning does not just protect assets. It protects people. It preserves dignity, reduces conflict, and ensures that the people who matter most are cared for the way they deserve.
